Buying a car is enormously stressful for lots of people. Offering comparable, transparent information to car buyers is key to its phenomenal success. It regularly launches new features to satisfy consumer demand and offer greater reassurance, based on market research.

Happen has made a number of interview videos for Auto Trader to bring alive the research underpinning their latest features for car dealers, its principal customers. In a film about its new vehicle check feature we even included a reveal, with the interviewees shown the new features and asked for their reactions.
