Booking beauty and wellbeing

Fresha wanted a series of one-minutes film about its clients and why they use its booking software. It wanted them to capture a sense of the business-owner, what motivates them, so it would be of interest to other salon and spa owners, as well as explaining the benefits of its software.

To keep costs down, we filmed at two businesses each filming day. We would usually capture a customer arriving, receiving a treatment of some sort, paying and departing, as well as sit-down interview with the business-owner. We would deliver the films in multiple formats, plus a number of shorter interview clips.

This was such an enjoyable project. Filming someone style someone’s hair, paint their nails or give a massage is obviously visually rich. And the business-owners were unfailingly friendly, passionate about their work, and generally brilliant.
